Jared Has a depth of experience in technical analysis, process definition, systems and project architecture, online presence and analysis skills as well as in-depth understanding of methods of implementation. With over a decade of web experience and a practitioner of the cutting edge Jared loves to learn new technologies and spends a good amount of personal time testing and proving them as a means to satisfy his creative hunger as well as a way to stay current on what’s viable in real world applications. Through this experimentation he has received global recognition for his creativity, innovative ideas, products and projects he has accomplished.
He is Also a strong believer in metrics, results, resource management, ethics and as a result he is directly driven by results. Jared celebrates the collaborative experience that improves ideas and results in the right solution for the situation.
Shane Starr
Shane has been involved in sales/marketing roles and consulting for Fortune 500 companies down to small business. His most recent venture, NuEthic, aims to take a new approach at how development and marketing on the web is approached with a "New Ethic" in delivery and processes.
Shane also formed a networking group called LunchConnect which has blossomed into a group of over 400 professionals in the metro Salt Lake City area comprised of 4 chapters. Essentially, LunchConnect started through a simple post to a few friends and strangers on LinkedIn as to whether people wanted to get together over lunch and make a better use of their lunch hour.
Tony Brown
Tony is a web developer who is driven by passion. He has been developing websites for several years, and over that time, has acquired experience with Photoshop, CSS, PHP, ASP.net, Javascript, and other various languages. He loves to learn as much as he can and won't stop until he is completely satisfied.
Although he is a web developer, Tony has a vast background in client relations and is definitely a 'people person'. While working with NuEthic, Tony has had the opportunity to grow and learn from the best and always takes the information he is given and applies it to where it is needed.
